For 75 years, the Rose Ball has been at the heart of the Nassau County AHRC Foundation’s mission—bringing together families, businesses, and communities to ensure that children and adults with developmental disabilities have the opportunities and support they need to live fulfilling lives.

This annual tradition has driven the creation of schools, healthcare services, employment initiatives, and relied-upon programs, ensuring that no matter the challenges—budget cuts, shifting policies, or economic changes—valued and needed services continue.

Through the AHRC Foundation, the Rose Ball’s impact reaches far beyond one night. Each year, funds raised help award grants to organizations that share our vision, including AHRC Nassau, Brookville Center for Children’s Services, Citizens Options Unlimited, Advantage Care Health Centers, and many others.
